Latest Update: 

5/14/2020 – As of April 28th, we have been experiencing intermittent shipping delays due to COVID-19. We’re sorry to inform our resellers that all orders placed between April 29th and May 8th will be late. Logistics partners predict that the current shipping backlog will clear out by May 18th. No further action is required.

Previous Updates:

2/10/2020 – Our international warehouse has been reopened as of February 10th. You can expect us to fulfill your orders placed between 1/23 and 2/10 as received. This includes all Valentine’s Day deadline gifts.

Do you have an outstanding order you need to arrive before 2/19? Please be sure to contact us so that we can manage production times.

Although we’ve reopened our international warehouse, we still expect some delays. Several of our suppliers are undergoing mandatory government emergency closures. As a result, there could be a slowdown while replacing certain items in our inventory.

In any event, we’ll keep you informed of any sold out items so you can adjust your listings. Please be sure to check this site for critical notices and stock updates.

Given these points, please understand that we are still working under volatile conditions. Because of the international situation, there’s uncertain risk of a second warehouse closure. The safety of our staff and worldwide partners is our top priority. Please watch this space for all major reseller updates.

1/29/2020 – Due to the unprecedented disruption of our supply chain, we cannot provide ship dates on orders placed on or after January 21, 2020. Our international shipping partners are currently in the process of adjusting their delivery services and should resume operations shortly.

As a response to these logistics changes, we have temporarily closed our international warehouse. We expect normal operations to resume February 10, 2020.

There’s a chance that we reopen our warehouse before our anticipated date. We’ll notify you once we recommence with our production and shipping services. Meanwhile, to avoid unnecessary cancellations, please contact your buyers and determine accurate delivery deadlines.
