[Important] Scheduled Maintenance: Updating Our TP&Co. Reseller Site to PHP 7.2 & Making Site Improvements
The Teals Prairie & Co. Reseller Website will undergo critical security updates over the next few days as we make our site PHP 7.2 compliant.
Since our website is powered by WordPress, failing to upgrade to the latest PHP programming language standard could put our information, our reseller’s information, and your customer’s information at risk. Therefore, our team will begin updating the Reseller site today to protect your data and upgrade our site security.
Once the Reseller site is updated to PHP 7.2 our Resellers should have a faster and more secure experience. In addition to upgrading the PHP, during this time we will also make functional changes which make our Reseller site easier to use.
Please bear with us over the next few days as we implement these changes. Here’s what our Resellers should expect and some known situations that we are aware of:
- There will be a downtime that we’re estimating to last between 2 – 4 hours for our resellers.tealsprairie.com website later today on 3/28.
- We’re aiming to resolve any unexpected website errors by this upcoming Monday 4/1.
- Orders input after 3/25 will not transfer to the updated version of our Reseller site. Therefore, please contact us for information about orders placed between 3/25 and the new site rollout. Orders placed during those times will proceed as normal.
- Once the site has been upgraded, all usernames and passwords will still stay the same. Personal login information will not be affected by site updates.
