You see, our business started on Etsy and our shop there is very successful. Therefore, reselling our products on Etsy is strictly prohibited. Our other policies are rather industry-standard, which are detailed below.

Inventory Availability

Resellers should check product availability before ordering to ensure the requested items are in stock.

Rush Orders

We do not process rush orders; however we do have a “Fast Track” service, which is a flat $30.00 fee charged to prioritize your order and ship same or next day using standard 2-3 day delivery service. This option is available at checkout. A prioritized order will not guarantee delivery by a certain date, but you will receive well before our standard 7 – 10 business day policy.

Engraving & Personalization Information

All gifts can be personalized with any of the following information: Names, Initials, Dates, etc. We will use provided date formats or (if necessary) use our professional judgment for adjustments. If you don’t choose a font, the default font is the font used on the sample image online. Honestly though, changing fonts isn’t recommended because the siblings have spent hours testing which fonts work best on a product. Additionally, if you do request a font change, please remember fancy and thin cursive fonts do not engrave well on glass or soft materials like felt.

Guidelines for Personalization:

1. Please enter and review your personalization carefully.

2. Enter personalizations on form as you would like them to appear with capital letters, lower case letters, numbers, punctuation, and characters such as { &, @, #, * }. Do not type in all capital letters or all lower case letters unless that is how you want the personalization to appear.

3. Initials entered like this “ABC” will be printed as such. Initial entered like this “aBc” will be printed in all capitals, but it’s understood the B should be larger than the “a” and the “c” like a traditional monogram.

We are able to reproduce international characters and characters that may appear on non-standard American keyboards.

Most gifts can accommodate multiple lines of engraving. We do not have a character limit, however character size and product size will determine how many characters can be engraved.

Graphics & Photos

All graphics must be submitted in black & white, high resolution, jpeg or PDF format, or otherwise engrave-ready. We do not accept photos. Rule of thumb, if you can photocopy your graphic, in black ink only, and still make out the image very clearly, then it’s probably engrave-ready. However, if you make a photocopy and the edges are not clear or because the graphic (perhaps a logo) was multicolor and things just look wrong in all black, then your graphic is not engrave-ready, in which case, we will charge a nominal fee to correct.

Graphics must be submitted with the order. There is no setup fee if artwork is supplied engrave-ready.

Gift Messaging

At this time we do not offer gift messaging.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

We ship engraved, personalized gift orders within 7-10 business days (excluding holidays and our regularly scheduled site and inventory maintenance in October and January).

We do not accept rush orders, but do provide a “Fast Track” service, see above. Changes cannot be made to an order once it has been received without a $25.00 change fee.

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail** Due to package size and product mix, some orders may ship in multiple packages under the same tracking number. Fast Track orders will ship DHL.

Returns, Exchanges, Damaged Goods

We do not accept return items.

We stand up for our products and offer free reproductions on any defective or damaged merchandise. This guarantee includes replacements only. No refunds are available on personalized items. Please inspect goods upon receipt. Any defects or damages must be reported within 14 business days of delivery date. No exceptions.

In the event that gifts are not received due to improper address, the correction will be made at no charge, however, if it is a recurring instance, resellers may incur additional fees due to multiple shipments of the same order. Fees will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Resellers should ensure they have the correct customer shipping address.
